The 2018 season saw only 6 races on the calendar, with the loss of Iowa and Watkins Glen for the year. 2018 was also the last running under title sponsor Brickel's, a diecast dealer near Reading, PA that went out of business. The championship was tied going into the final race, where Aaron Harris won the title. Five racers won the six races, including three first-time winners.
